I'd start by learning to wash it.

BTW, is that a bald spot on the back of your head?

The cheap way would be to borrow someone's clippers, shave as close as possible, then take a mach3 to it.

I'd recommend my wife, but that's a little far to walk. 😀

She cuts her own hair and mine, and does a great job. Her mom used to own a beauty shop and taught my wife how to cut hair.
