Win2k seems to load the following services:

Internat.exe & loadqm.exe

What are these for and can they be disabled???

How about this one??:

mspmspsv.exe (Perhaps a service loaded with msn??)

AoD ;)

Never heard of internat.exe but you could put the mspmspsv.exe service on manual. Id leave the loadqm.exe one alone.

Loadqm: see Q309418
Internat: see Q263201
mspmspsv: seems to be a part of Media Player 7

Now: why, exactly, do you want to disable these?

If you don't need/use these applications (they're not services), then by all means stop them from loading. But make sure you understand what it is you're doing before you go blindly killing processes. It worries me that you want to disable these processes before understanding what they are and what they do.

Internat.exe - You can end this process from Task Manager.

* Internat.exe runs at startup; it loads the different input locales specified by the user. The locales to be loaded are taken from the following registry key:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload Internat.exe loads the "EN" icon into the system tray, allowing the user to easily switch between locales. This icon disappears when the process is stopped, but the locales can still be changed through Control Panel.

-----------

When you install MSN Explorer, the Loadqm.exe file is added to the Startup folder, and Loadqm.exe then starts each time you start your computer. This feature is required to enable WU AutoUpdate.

mspmspsv.exe - i'm not sure what this one does but i read on a few different sites that it is system critical. so it's best to leave that one alone.
