Plz help! Win2kPro stop error/reboot when accessing DirectCD!!!!???

Hi all,

I have a Win2k Pro with Direct cd, when I go to create a data cd, the whole system reboots, and I get a stop error, I cant read all of it, the message only stays on the screen for two nanoseconds lol! What can be the problem? Please help! Thanks guys!

may be hardware conflict, try unplugging all other peripherals.
or reinstall software and the CD ROM driver.
