Plz help..which case fans and heat sink to get for my new system?

I'm new on this board and found it very useful. I'm about to build a computer using an AthlonXP 1700+ (OEM..from newegg) and and EPOX 8KHA+ mobo. So far I've decided to get an Antec workstation Tower with 400w PSU. I want to start off with two case fans. I want to keep the temperatures relatively cool (some noise doesn't bother me..but I'd rather not have a VERY LOUD system). My questions are:

1) Which case fans should I get and where can I get them
2) Which heat sink should I get? I was thinking of an Alpha PAL8045.
3) What fan should I put on the Alpha and where can I get this fan.

A. Panaflos. Available in all sizes and speeds. Great CFM and lower dB. Great selection here.

A. A good choice though I prefer the Swiftech line myself. Nice design and very efficient cooling. Grab your HSF here. A well known reseller.

A. Again, I would have to refer you to question 1 and go with a Panaflo here. They work quite well on a HS.

There is also an excellent Enermax 80mm fan at newegg which is $6 and seems to be even quieter than the Panaflo L1A (low-RPM). I got a few and was really pleased with them. They have a thermal probe on a lead, and you can stick that to the edge of the heatsink if you want, so it increases the fan's rpm if the heatsink's warming up.
