Do you want to break that down into lines to make it easier to read?

Then you may get more help.

CPU:
Mobo:
Ram:

Etcetera, you get the idea...

Looks like you are running 400FSB, so I would start by bumping the NB to 1.25V and seeing if that gets you any further.

What timings are you running on the Ram? They are rated at 4-4-4-12 at 2.1 V but you are only giving them 1.84 V.

You may need to bump the voltage on the CPU (I presume you mean 1.300 V not 130,000V hehe).

What tests are you using for stability and what is it failing at?

Transaction Booster: Disable

Also, your northbridge may need to be 1.3.

your 4 dimms of 800mhz ram doesn't make it easy to get that quad's FSB higher than ~415mhz, I'll bet.

4 DIMM should be no problem on the P5QE. I am running 4x2GB @ 425mhz FSB on 1.2v NB, make sure you enable Load Line Calibration. Also you may need vCore higher, ie. 1.35v.
