Plustek is toast

You could start by explaining the problem, and giving scanner/system details.

Have you tried plustek's website [l]www.plustek.com[/l]?

I've owned a couple of plustek scanners (using one now) and while they are hardly luxurious, they get the job done without too much fuss or bother.

What happened is i lost the driver cd .I downloaded a complete set from the european site but the setup program wont recognize my serial number.The model is an opticpro 1212u.What i was asking in my first post was whether anyone had info on what happened to them and possibly if some other company was covering for them.
