Plumbing help

My bathtub in my apartment is beginning to clog up. I can't get to the pipes and I am going to be buying a strainer to stop this from happening again. I've cleaned out what I can but there's still alot of hair in the drain that I can't get to. Does anyone know which one of those "liquid plumbing" works well and/or other things I can do to clear out the drain?
