Plugs in and beeps

I just replaced a Dell motherboard of mine, from an SC420 motherboard to a Dimension 8400 motherboard.

The processor is a Celeron D 325j.

When I plug it in I get 6 beeps, though I haven't pressed the power button.

Is there something I can do about this?
