Plugging my Ssd and HDD on another system

Hi. I have a question. Im planning on a new build but I would like to use my current drives since I'ld like to keep all my stuff.

The new pc will be based on the same cpu (4770k), same chipset (z87) although probably a different mobo. Similar Ram 2x8gb sticks and a similar nvidia card, going from a 670 to probably a 770.

Will I be able to use my 1Tb WD with windows 7 64bit OEM and the ssd on the new build? Thx
 
There is a procedure to "refresh" or somehow re-initialize the hard drive into a virgin state, like you just installed windows, except that all your installed software is also installed, along with all your updates. Essentially, it make the windows install really to auto-detect all your hardware and install the appropriate drivers. I'd suggest using this.

So, boot up your existing computer, then re-initialize the windows installation, then remove and put in new computer.
