Plug & Play not detected

I am reinstalling Win2k and my soundblaster, linksys nic, and geforce 2 are all coming up with the yellow exclamation marks. I have never had to supply drivers when installing Win2k on this system. I have updated drivers later of course. Anyone know why this is happening and can anyone tell me the correct setting in bios for Plug & Play OS...yes or no.

Plug & Play O/S

This field allows you to use PnP operating system to configure the PCI bus slots instead of using the BIOS. When [Yes] is selected, interrupts may be reassigned by the OS. When a non PnP OS is installed or you want to prevent reassigning of interrupt srttings, select the default setting [No].
