plug in video card fan--where?

I want to get a fan/heatsink combo for my video card so I can OC. This is probably a stupid question, but how do I get juice for the fan? I only have two plugs for fan power on my mobo (SOYO 6BA+) and the're being used by the CPU and chassis fans. Do I just strip wires and attach to the powered wires?
