Plug and Play OS BIOS Setting

What do you think is the best setting for "Plug and Play OS" in the BIOS if you're using Windows 2000? On or Off? I read a Microsoft Knowledge Base Article that said Microsoft recommends it set to Off. Does it even matter?

Setting it to OFF is most recommended, as the BIOS does a better job at assigning IRQs than any OS. Though with Windows 2000, the OS still will rearrange your IRQs though I have seen a few probs arise from setting it to ON, my recommendation, OFF.
