i have a 2002 q45 infiniti and would like to know if a plug and play stage one performance chip would give me the results advertised or if i would be getting scammed

+1. Since that car is 15 years old, you can gain more performance with general maintenance. Engine's wear, valve clearances widen, gaskets and rubber parts wear all reducing performance little by little and adding up.

I’m pretty sure no one spent time to crack that ecu.
