hi i've research some detail can you give recommendations on hw to upgrade my CPU.

Thanks

I'm guessing that's a socket 478 mobo, so probably one of these will work.

This is probably the best AGP vidcard you can get, but something like this is like to be a better value.

How about Powercolor X800GT 256M DDR3 ??? ok for me?

lets say i wanna use this com for 2nd hand usage which can still last a few years ahead for like word processing, watching videos, playing old games, net surfing.. while use my new conroe system for main stuffs

how bout my rams upgradeS?

IS that card you chose an AGP card? You system cannot take PCIE/PCI-Express cards... only AGP. Your ram is probably fine. Just how old are the games you want to play on it? In all reality, you don't need much more then a faster vidcard for that computer to be a viable second/backup comp for net/video/word/email and light gaming.
