hi everyone , I had no were else to go

here is my problem , notice this is a 2 week old mb , it was suppose to be my upgrade , i was so happy until today
My computer will no longer boot anymore , my motherboard is asus a7n8x non delux , I get nothing , no beeps ,
no screen , This all happend when i installed my new slk800 today , I was so happy that newegg
shipped my slk800 1 day ahead and since this morning 10am ive been trying to fix it , non stop :*(, but it still wont
boot, it just powers on and thats it. I tried Putting back my old heatsink and still nothing. The heatsink is
perfectly on top of the cpu and it still does not boot , it just powers up , non beep , no screen. for the last 15 hours i have
been putting back my old computer and installing my os and just now , yes 3am i get back online , i tried clearing cmos, removed battery,
tried only mb and videocard and ram and i still get no beeps , and no screen , its not my videocard cause iam using it now
:*( what can be causing these ? btw , i have already signed up for a rma on both asus and newegg since the mb has warranty and i paid 6 dollars
for a oem 1 year warrenty at newegg. anyone know what is causing this ? also does anyon eknow how long it takes
for asus rmas and neweggs? i hate this computer iam on now :*( this all is like a nightmare , i worked my but off
