hi guys please help me to install WinXP SP2 on my PC my Config is Celeron D, 256DDR RAM , 80gb HD and

MY PC STOPS RESPONDING WHEN I RESTART TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLTION OF WIN XP SP 2 ... cry

CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:? Your computer uses an Intel Pentium 4 or Intel Celeron D processor that is based on Prescott C-0 processor stepping.
? Your computer has a BIOS version that is out of specification.

Note A BIOS version that is out of specification does not provide support for the processor that is installed on your computer.

ok, you'll need to find out the make and model of your motherboard - can you give more details on the full system spec?

Once you know the motherboard manufacturer you should be able to download the latest BIOS for your motherboard from their website - hopefully this could solve the problem.
