PLP Scaling

I am running a PLP setup with two 2007fp and U3011. I have my desktop scaled across the screens. When I run some applications, the side monitors get the background resized, and my sensor panel form Aida64 gets moved off the screen and the background gets resized.

I have GPU scaling turned off on CCC. Are there any other settings that I need to change to stop the outer monitors from being resized when some applications run? Monitors are set to 1:1.

It's almost like GPU scaling is still turned on for all the screens when running a nonnative resolution for benchmarks.
