Plextor site hacked

Funny it was OK a few hours ago... (checked for a firmware upgrade for my 8x4x32 Plextor...)

I have heard about this kind of hacking but that is the first one I actually saw...I hope that Plextor will fix that soon....
 
I get plextors site. Maybe some DNS server have been affected and others have not. After the nightly update it should be ok.
 
try www.plextor.be if you need the site. Its the european site, and should be okay. It has everything on the US site, plus some.

It appears to be a DNS hijacking. Those are the worst of all because they cannot be corrected.

I get the correct site, 63.196.227.12 is the correct IP address.
 
My ISP must be big on cesnoring because since this thread started, Plextor's site (on my connection), gave me 403 errors. And just now it's returned to normal, so I didn't get to see what you guys are talking about :\ oh well.. staring at C++ code is better than staring at pr0n 😉
