Plextor Manager 2000 problem

I have just done some hard disk cleanup and am now experiancing a problem trying to launch anything from my Mitsumi 48x or Plextor 12/10/32A. I get this message: unable to open wave mapper - device may be busy. I think I may have messed up something with the MVP 2000 player. Any CD that requires a player won't work, CD's that don't need a player (MS Flight Sim 98)work fine. Anyone have suggestions on fixing this problem? Should I reload PlexManager 2000?
