I have installed the Plextor 8/4/32 CDR-W and since then I hav e no DMA setting available for the DVD and CDR-W. The white box simply disappeared and so I can not click on it. Also when I click on Properties of the CDR-W and then Details (Plextor Icon on tab), whole system hangs???
The firmware of Plextor is 1.05 - I downloaded the latest one, 1.07, but running it causes nothing, you can see some files extracting and then nothing more happens.
I'm running Win Me and 815E board.
Is this a failure of my Plextor?
