plextor cd burner help

So my drive wont recognize cd's i put in it. If i put in a blank cd and i open roxio it will burn fine, but no play. any ideas.

but nay way this is audio, data, mp3 u name it.

did you download the latest firmware update? I couldn't get Nero to recognize my drive but it would read discs still until I downlaoded the latest update

he can burn fine but the drive will not read a burnt disc

nor regular cd's

the cd's i do burn with it play fine in every other drive i have.

yup it used to read them
now i try to open it it just shows a blank page
its not but 2 months old
40x burner
i click on properties it shows the cd is empty
