Alright, I had the same problem happen to me when I first used Nero. I got rid of that error by doing the following:
Go to Start---->Settings---->Control Panel---->System
Pick the 'Performance' tab then click on 'File System' under Advanced Settings
Under the 'Hard Disk' tab, change "Typical role of this computer" to Network Server from the pull-down menu.
Click "OK" and reboot like Windows wants you to. Then try burning again. I remember reading somewhere that changing the role of the computer to 'Network Server' increases the amount of files that your computer can handle. Or something like that. I'm no expert, I just know it helped me burn.
Another thing you can try is, defragging the disk/partition you place the bin in. A fragmented file only forces your burning software to lose sync then viola, a new coaster.
