i have this cdrw and was wondering if it could write the new 90/99 min cds fine with nero??? mine is the ide version. i have the new firmware and everything on it. thnx for the help

Yes you can. I do it all the time but it will only burn the 99min ones to 89:59. There's a chart on the "cdrmediaworld" website (I think that's what it's called) that shows which drives support these high capacity CDrs. I think you need at least Nero 5.5.2.3 for this, I don't think the earlier versions support much more than 700Mb burns. Check Nero's site for this info.
