Plexiglass Questions

To attach the plexi you can either use 2 part epoxy that is made for plexi ( glass stores sell ) or use rivets. For that shape the rubber moulding would be most impossable.

I used silicone glue for my case and hard drive window.
 
I've been reading up on this, since I am going to put a window in my case, and I've seen that people used silicone.

What I am curious about is I want to use the molding, since I think it looks nice, but, if you put the molding, then wouldn't it be hard to glue the plexiglass in, since it would be raised off the side of the case due to the edge of the molding on the inside of the case?

Looks great!

And yes, if you use the moulding then the plexi is a pain to glue because of the raised lip the moulding gives.
