Pledge Rulling Nullified/Injunctioned?

Has the pledge rulling been nullified or otherwise had an injunction put against it? Much to my suprise, my school is continuing to do the pledge on Monday mornings, which suprised me a bit, but I haven't seen anything about it been overruled or otherwise put out of effect. Is there something I'm missing here?

Who know's anymore, pretty soon someone is going to sue because they take offense to breathing air. We have a country where too many people have too much time on their hands...

It is waiting to be heard by a higher court (US Court of Appeals I think)....
