Please help, at this point I cannot read anything because instead of a regular Serif font everything is in weird symbols ...everything but websites but as far as any programs or OS-related stuff it is all symbols! The last thing I did was change the clock in BIOS because as I posted earlier my clock in the systray is always displaying the wrong time despite me synchronizing it.... please help!

Boot to safe mode (f8 during startup) and see if things are displayed properly. How are you typing if you can't "see a damn thing"? ;)

In Safe Mode everything is in symbols too... EVERYTHING THAT'S OS-RELATED.... such as the text in programs. What I type on this site is legible because it is not software thats on my computer it is external software that's on AT's database.... BUT EVERYTHING IS SYMBOLS i cannot see anything!! Is it because of my cmos battery cuz that's what people said is causing my time to display incorrectly.

Do you think Windows could have switched languages, but can't display them? (I have no clue, just throwing this out there)

This is so weird I don't even know. But the last thing I did was correct my time in CMOS because my time has been displayed incorrectly and people said because my CMOS battery is shot. If I go into MS Word everything is all messed up but if I click on the symbols where the font should be it displays Times New Roman or any other font but all the letters are still symbols even if i made them another font. Even if safe mode, i can't decipher anything.

I think you switched languages. Reinstall the os and mess with it.

Its posible they have managed to switch the OS language or a virus has done it for them ;)
As for The CMOS batery that wouldnt have anything to do with the text all messed up expecialy in windows. It can be the cause of time being incorect like off by a few years etc, also you might occasionly lose your bios settings and have to go back in and edit them.
