Please type the words as you see them

I have been seing a verification box on some sites that says its from Captcha. The problem is the verification words are really difficult to read and I can never seem to get them right.
So I try playing the recording for the words.
Instead of just two words there are two sentences.
wtf? what do I type in?

If you need an example go to namecheap.com and type in domain you know is taken and then click the whois button.

Seriously, I can't log in cause I can't see the words and can't understand why the give you two sentences when you click the play it for me.
Can anyone help.
 
i hate when you get case sensitive ones. it is hard enough to read the words sometimes, but then they use a very lame font that does not differentiate much between cases. i spend like 15 minutes one time just trying to use a captcha on a site because of this.
 
Hmm. After much web research you apparently have to type both complete sentences. The software is supposed to be able recognize spelling errors and missed words. If it gets the gist of what you typed it will enable you to procede.
Weird.
