Please tell me what is wrong with this web site theme and color scheme

Hi!


Please crititize my current layout and colors as I can not figure out what colors and images are appriopriate for this site.

The site is made in Joomla CMS. There is no text just yet. What I am trying to do is to come up with a nice theme for this medical organization.

The organization itelf deals primarly with Mammography technicians. It provides for semminars, traning, and per-to-peer support for medical technicians who perform Mammography (for Breast Cancer).

That is why my images deal with a pink ribon, mammography, and medical professionals...

What should I do to make it a better loooking theme?

Be critical as at this stage I can still change almost everything. Also, the menus are not done just yet...

As I look at the site, I am not happy with it, but I can not point the specific problem...

I just took a gander at it and I like the layout and colors used. The blue has a wave to it which is cool because the name is great lakes. I know there are some sites out there that will tell you what colors are web-safe.

I have a tought time with this site as I feel that I am missing something, but I am not sure what... 🙁
