please tell me budget mobo for fx 6300?

my budget is around 4500rs(70-80$)
gpu is zotac gtx 960
please the mobo should support 1600mhz ram!

but that motherboard
has overheating problems.
or what if i dont overclock the mobo and cpu will it be ok then ?
and also what about asrock 970 pro 2
or ga78lmt/usb3?

I have an ASUS M5A97 R2. Good heatsinks on vrm et cetera.. Just don't buy the LE version ( no heatsinks).
