please suggest best high end graphic card for my current pc configurations

i need to know which high end graphic card will be able to use i use in my

intel dg41rq mother board
4 gb ddr2 ram
intel core 2 quad q8300 2.50 GHz

at present i have geforce 210 card but it does not work well with 2013 games..
so please give a solution, in such a way that i do not have to change
my mother board...also which give no bottleneck problem ?
 
Since the DG41RQ has a PCIe x16 slot, you're actually only limited by your wallet and whether or not your current PSU has the connectors and juice to handle the card you decide on buying. How much do you plan on spending (might figure on a new PSU also)?
