Please suggest a mb and cpu for a dvr...

I have all I need for a DVR except a mb and cpu. I want the small mb's, micro atx, I think they are called, with integrated graphics. Thank you.
 
How small are you looking for? Micro ATX, Mini ITX, or Mini STX? What other parts do you have? A PCIe tuner would exclude Mini STX, for example.
 
I believe I need the Mini ITX. I have an Avermedia TV tuner card, Kingston ram-1066 DDR3, 1THD, case, Win7 pro. Thanks for the help.
