Please suggest a graphic card

Hi Guys i m in search of a Graphic card, my budget is 100$ i.e. 6000Rs

My pc configuration is i3 4130, 4gb ddr3 vengeance, b85m d3h mobo, cooler master thunder 450w psu

Please suggest me a graphic card which is available in india for eg on flipkart or amazon.in or snapdeal

Few cards which i have in mind are
Hd 7770 ddr5 - 7500Rs going over budget

GT r7 250 1gb ddr5 - 5500Rs

GT630 1gb ddr5 - 5800Rs

If any other good graphic card is there which fits in the price range please suggest
