Please suggest a good 939 cooler

I am looking for a cooler for my Opteron 165. I plan to run the chip at stock speeds, and here are my wishes for the cooler.
- Relatively quiet
- Keeps the chip pretty cool
- Affordable

A while ago, I seem to remember someone selling the stock AMD coolers with heatpipes for about $20 shipped. I searched FW and AT and couldn't find the deal.
