BTW, it must be able to send/receive email, cc and bcc, and all that simple stuff. OE is t3h sux0r.

Any good e-mail clients that allow filtering, are free and save messages in a "normal" file method?
Oh BTW, it cannot start with the letter "O" ;)

I'm not sure about size, but I've been using the mail client included with Mozilla and am pretty pleased with it. There do seem to be a few quirks with it syncing the list with the IMAP server (I can delete emails and occasionally have them reappear in the inbox list), but it lets me read and send email, and manage several email accounts simultaneously.

Eudora uses the standard .mbox format, if you enable the ads it has filtering and spell check (and the filtering kicks ass). Eudora is so often overlooked and it's the best windows email client out there.
