I am curious. Why does it matter to you that people call their computer a "rig"? Does it offend you if someone calls their vehicle a "ride"? It isn't a ride; it is a motor vehicle right?

All kidding aside, why would the vernacular of personal preference on a computer forum elicit an appeal (emotional?, logical?) for posters to desist in their referring to their computer systems by the word "rig"? Or, "da bomb", or "Da schnizzle nizzle defizzle wizzle, if they so chose. I am interested in hearing your reasoning.
 
i believe he's talking about the hundreds of ppl on anandtech that don't know how to link their rig, at least thats what i got out of it....
