My computer recently died on me so its that time again! Please check out my specs I put together, I built this with the possibility of getting another 6800gt in a few months.

Looks fine to me. Though you may consider the P180 instead of the P160. Other than that, looks nice.

One more thing, can you guys suggest a nice heatsink/fan for my cpu?

I've been very satisfied with the Zalman CPU coolers. Another HSF to consider is the Thermalright XP-90. The Zalman is designed for reduced noise. I'm not sure about the Thermalright (I'm sure someone else will chime in about it).

Indeed. The 7700CU is a great one. Many other will recommend the Thermalright XP-120 as well, either of those are great.
