I've been very satisfied with the Zalman CPU coolers. Another HSF to consider is the Thermalright XP-90. The Zalman is designed for reduced noise. I'm not sure about the Thermalright (I'm sure someone else will chime in about it).

Indeed. The 7700CU is a great one. Many other will recommend the Thermalright XP-120 as well, either of those are great.
