enermax and antec...if you're on budget...400 W at compusa is 60 bucks. Not bad. 300 W should be okay unless you planning on OCing with a t-bird...400 W will help maintain stability.
 
PC Power and Cooling

I have a Turbo, which is louder (and cheaper) than the Quiet models. My computer
hardly ever crashes with it. It used to go down often before I installed it.
