Awesome, Worked great. How do I set the old card as the secondary? I havent bought the molex to 6pin yet but when I do. I already uninstalled the nvidea drivers.

Games seem to be running a lot better. I get the pretty hair effect in tombraider now at 52+ fps

Batman origins actually chugged a little worse in the benchmark test but seems to run smooth playing so go figure.

Have not booted bioshock yet, thats next up after I finish Batman and TR. I already beat it on Xbox so im in no hurry, I just want to play the DLC.

ugh it seems like a PITA to run both cards. Ill probably drop the card into my second machine and pull that ATI card out and maybe run that as a secondary? I have to see what type of card it is first though.

is physx a proprietary thing to nividea or do all cards have it but thats nividea's name for it?

physx on secondary gpu in an AMD plus nvidia setup is going to be a PITA to setup.

Solid upgrade, now get on with OC'ing that 270x 😉

It's only on nvidia cards, just like shadowplay. AMD cards do not have physx. Ditch the 460 and don't look back. It's a great upgrade even though you had to sacrifice physx for it.

That should work yes, you'll need to use molex to PCIe adapters though because the PSU has only two PCIe connectors. I'd use one of the stock PCIe connectors along with one via adapter for each card.

Well it seems like the GPU bricked

Woke up the morning and the machine wouldnt resume from standby, checked it and the GPU fan sounded like it was in overdrive, (it would do this occasionally) tried a restart but it kept starting like that, no signal but I could hear the windows starting chime. Swapped out with old GTX and everything worked.

I doubt they will RMA it free but if not Im going to be pissed, Any suggestions to help it along?
