Please recommend configuration for Lenovo T400

My sister wants a new laptop and I am just starting to do some research.

I found this deal on the Lenovo T400, which seems like a pretty good deal:

Integrated graphics is fine for her; definitely would get WXGA+ 1440 x 900 LED backlit display and webcam ($80 option).

Is 6 cell battery worth it vs. 4 cell one?

I would probably order single 2 GB SO-DIMM and add another when prices come down.

160 GB hard drive is probably plenty for her.

What options and configuration would others recommend?

And is this a good price for the Lenovo T400?

Actually think I like the look of the T500 better.

It has an upgraded CCFL display, though.

Anyone know how good or bad it is?

Both my current and my previous laptops have / had LED backlit displays. After using them for so long, I'd never go back to CCFL.

On the other hand, if it's a good trusted company (like many consider Lenovo to be) and the resolution is drastically better, I'd still consider CCFL.
