i'm looking for a reliable and hassle free external hard drive. I don't know much about computers and want one that is compatible with windows XP. I have done some research and see that western digital is a popular company. Which company is better, WD or seagate or fantom or does that even matter?
I need about 250gb of memory and ofcourse want the best deal possible. Should i order it online or from best buy? The cheapest i saw on newegg.com was for about $120 but is it possible to get it for cheaper...i'm on a tight budget.
i would appreciate any sort of advice and help.
