I am looking for a budget video card, strictly for gaming purposes, and maybe DVD playback. I am planning to build a gaming machine, mostly playing Counter-Strike, as well as other 3D and 2D games. I do have a DVD drive, and will watch DVD at times. I don't want to spend over $150, and I am not looking for top of the line stuff.
 
There's a GF2 Ti200 at pricewatch for $152. Sure it's a little above your budget but you'll be very happy if you stretch a little further and get it. They're great cards and overclock quite well.
 
if you're only going to play cs and watch dvds. a kyro ii should suffice. otherwise. gf3 ti200 is good
