Please recommend a video card under $50

This will be used in a basic PC for general everyday use like internet, word, and watching movies. Maybe some very light gaming.

Is it possible to get one for this price that will be able to play HD movies, maybe even blu-ray?

I don't care about size, quiet fan, or power consumption. I want to get as much performance as possible for the price.

This must be a PCI-E card.

ATI HD 4550 not great, but it gets the job done.

if you could spare $10 then the 4650 is definitely worth it (almost double the performance for $10 more)
