i really like my solution, although it is an expensive one:

logitech bluetooth mouse with BT hub
apple bt wireless keyboard.

not sure if u wanted wiired or wireless

Go try them out in person, don't buy them there but try them.

I love the logitech mice but i don't like the feel of thier keyboards, too squidgy for me, microsoft ones are much nicer to type on. This is a very personal choice obviously and the only way to see which one you'd prefer is to try them.
