Please recommend a good free file manager

I'm looking for recommendations on a good free file manager. I need to move/copy a crapton of files from one PC to another over my LAN thru Windows shares, but I want to skip duplicate files (already existing at the target). Any suggestions?

Couldn't get that one to work :shrug; I ended up going with FAR Manager.

Teracopy...by far the best copier I have used on XP.

supercopier 2. I used while I had 32bit windows and liked it a lot. Allows you to queue files, resume files, etc.
I've heard good things from friends about Teracopy like WildViper suggested, but never got around to testing it.
