I just bought a little time for my old system by picking up an Opteron 165. Wouldn't make a lot of sense to make a big HSF investment for a $50 CPU, so I'm looking at something that will be an improvement over the stock HSF but will cost no more than $20.

Does such a beast exist?

Zalman has a al-cu mix version at zipzoomfly for about $21+shipping, I just got one for my old p4 which turned into a htpc.
