Please recommend a 13" ultra notebook

I'm looking for a 13.3~ inch ultra notebook for my wife.
Requirements:

Must have a fast WiFi
most specs as ultra notebook less than 3 lbs
Win 7 with USB 3.0
good battery life >3 hrs
Don't care much about resolution since it will be used mostly for surfing the net and her facebook
SSD 120 to 128 gb
4 gb ram or more
DVD or blu-ray disc player is not a requirement

Price range is around $1,300. or less. I really don't need a fast processor but the faster wifi is a must. Weight is also a must since her bones aren't doing well with her current laptop which weighs around 7 lbs. 13 inch or larger screen will help out since her eyesight are not that great either.

Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
 
Series 9 came out before "Ultrabooks." IMO they look better than most other Ultrabooks. There are some complaints of lousy WiFi performance, but don't know if Samsung fixed the issue.
 
I owned the ux31 and returned it because the keyboard was mechanically flawed--short throw+stiff action caused multiple missed letters *per sentence*. I then tried the macbook air and installed win7. Worked great, was everything I needed. Was just slightly too expensive. I haven't tried any of the other ultrabooks, but my opinion is basically: unless you can't afford it, why not just get the best, which is the MBA. HTH.
