Please recommend a < $100 card

Can you recommend my best bet for under $100?
Use will be
50% web surfing
30% MS Office applications
10% photo editing
10% gaming (nothing near state-of-the-art titles, but probably some stuff from 2 years ago).

If possible, would like something with a good warranty.

What would you recommend?

Huh, for under a $100 you could get a HD3850 or something like that. If you're playing things from 2 years ago it should have no problem handling those.

That ASUS offer for 65$ is made of pure win. You really can't beat it performance and price wise. Go for it!
