Please recomend software for distribution lists and mass mailings

A client of mine runs softball clinics and coaches several teams, hence he frequently needs to sent out hundreds of e-mails to players, parents, other coaches, etc. With all the anti-spam safeguards that ISPs are implementing, he is forced to break distribution lists up, send messages over time, etc. All tedious, manual, and invonvenient work.

I'm looking for a plugin or package for Outlook that would work to automatically:

(1) Break up e-mails addressed to 100+ people into several smaller e-mails

and

(2) Stagger and delay the transmission of messages to a predefined time interval.

Bump, cuz I'd also like to know.

I'd guess people might suggest some sort of mail merge with Outlook or something, but I'm wondering if there was an easy to use program that did this.

So far, I have found this to be a great start: Send Personally. Meets and exceeds criteria # 1. As for the delayed transmission, nothing great just yet. The combination of the 2 would prove ideal.

Next Tuesday is when the client and I will demo it out and verify if it helps or not.
