I unwisely chose eOutlook as a provider for a client of mine. Their customer service is ZERO. My client and I have been unable to reach a live person for 2 months.

No great monetaryu loss, but the inconvenience is pretty big.

So I'm in the market for a new provider. They are looking at 5 users for the time being.

I'm leaning towards Mailstreet, but I reluctant to make a another miostake on this one.

Any reccomnedations?

I just set up a client with Mailstreet. Excellent service, great setup guides, reasonable prices. They also offer hosted BES service as an addon, and don't forget your free O2k3 licenses! HTTP connection is fast. No complaints here, I say go for it!

No complaints so far. It's just a single person though, but she's quite...uh...picky about technology. If there's any problem, I would've heard by now.

That said, I've only had her on the service for 2 weeks, but my initial impressions are extremely favorable.
