Probably want to go for PC3200 on the RAM. Also realize that the IC7 doesn't have an onboard network card like the rest of the Abit Canterwood/Springdale series. Other than that great set up.

Go for an Abit IC7-G, and get at least PC3200. If you plan on OCing, go for 3500, 3700 or *drool* PC4000.

I wouldn't go for the 3GHZ Processor either, save some money, grab a 2.8GHZ processor, overclock it a little bit using some quality PC3500 memory and take it to 3GHZ....faster, cheaper, and more efficient! BTW, no reason to get an IC7-G unless you need the extra and slower (compared to the ICH5R) SATA connectors, onboard LAN (separate card for 10 bucks), or the included ATA to SATA converter. I would get a 2.8GHZ P4, Abit IC7, 2x256MB Corsair PC3200 or PC3500, and maybe an Antec Sonata case (very quiet).
